I have been asked to share my tips and tricks on how to grow long natural nails and how to keep them long and strong. Since I don’t have super fast growing nails myself and I don’t have a miracle magic answer to that, here are the things I would recommend on what to do if you want your own nails to grow long and stay that way. Ofcourse these are my personal tips and what works for me. That doesn’t automatically mean it will work for everyone, especially since having strong nails has mostly to do with your genes and DNA.
