My Christmas Home Decor!

Hi, I am Femke and I am a true xmas lover, addict, fanatic, horder, weirdo…. you name it, I love it when it’s xmas related!

In this blogpost I wanted to share my personal xmas home decoration which I have in my own living room. I never really made a home tour video or blogpost since we’ve bought our own first home (back in november 2013), but I do think it’s nice to share at least my home deco for this xmassy december month :)

Say hi to Timmi <3 He always wants to “help” while I put up the tree and lights. FYI: I always buy and use unbreakable christmas ornaments, just to be safe when one of the cats wants to jump into the tree!

So for my tree I wanted to use my matte and shiny black round ornaments again, aswell as the white and silver glittery ones. I LOVE adding white xmas bells to it aswell. Oh and I added some sparkly white and silver raindeer, shoes (yes you read that right, shoes), and birds. Normally I would use some black or silver garlands, but I only wanted a shitload of ornaments this time. I also had some cute white painted wooden ornaments such as xmas trees, raindeer, angels and snowflakes.

As far as lights go… I have about 500 in my tree so it is lit up for life! Around the house I also have some strands of lights around my front window and in my kitchen (which is in my living room too). Oh and I did put up a silvery full on glitter raindeer head onto my door! Gosh I love me some glitter….

In the rest of the house I kept it really calm since my xmas inspiration could be endless but the husband wouldn’t let me go all out around the entire house :’) But I do love to drink some hot lemon tea in my huge ultra xmassy cup when I am working in my beautyroom (at me new desk yay!).

This little chubby one (Tjappi) was getting kinda curious too.. He is such a sweet cat <3
