When you look at me you might think I am a super “girly girl”. Wearing skirts and dresses all the time, finishing the look off with some heels and jewels. And I don’t blame you for thinking I am like that, especially when you know my work with nailart and makeup. But to be completely honest, I never really wear skirts or dresses. And it is not because I don’t like them, it is just that I can never really find skirts that look good on me. Or at least that is what I think. I would rather throw on a simple shirt and some jeans and just be done with it. But the time has come for me to suit up (or rather dress up) a little bit more.
Most of the time skirts are too long on me or way too short. And I am not the kind of girl that likes a cold draft on her butt or show the whole world a good full moon when bending over ;) But I LOVE skirts (and dresses) which are super flowy and feminine, and I would love to find some that really suit my body and my personality. Maybe I am a little bit more girly than I thought I was afterall.
I did find some pretty skirts and dresses by Esprit. Especially the tule ones I adore. They seem to be a decent length and not too thick of a fabric so that I can actually wear them in the striking heat of upcoming summer. I’m also looking for one with a cute floral print, to maybe wear when we will go back to Thailand on a holiday. I am not quite sure which ones I will try out yet, but there are a ton to choose from.
So for now my search for some perfect good length skirts and dresses has really begun. Finger crossed I will find some awesome ones soon!
